Graduation
The ELLAS program culminates with a graduation ceremony that celebrates and recognizes the participants' successful completion of the leadership program. During this ceremony, the graduates are honored for their accomplishments and are able to share this momentous occasion with family and friends. As a special tradition, each graduate is also gifted a reboso* to wear as a stole during the ceremony. This graduation ceremony serves as a meaningful way for the graduates to reflect on their journey, celebrate their achievements, and look forward to their future endeavors.
