Viridiana is a Los Angeles, CA native. Lived in Puebla, Mexico for six years. She graduated from Kalamazoo College and obtained a bachelor's degree in Psychology.
Viridiana has over ten years of experience working with youth and youth advocates in the out of school time sector. She currently is an OST Program Development Coach with Kalamazoo Youth Development Network, coaching and supporting other organizations that are in Kalamazoo County. She holds trainer certifications in youth work and a Certificate in Evaluation.
Outside of work, Viridiana spends time with her family - her three beautiful children and partner. She enjoys bike rides with her kids during warm weather.
