Rosario Uribe

Rosario Uribe currently works in External Manufacturing at the Kellogg Company in Battle Creek. She has been with Kellogg for over 10 years, spending much of her time in Supply Chain. Rosario serves as Co-Chair of HOLA (the Latino Business Employee Resource Group) where she helps drive the company’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. More specifically, helping to empower Latino employees in the organization. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University in 2008 and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Western Michigan University.


Rosario moved to Battle Creek from Houston, TX when she was thirteen. The Latino Community has always played an important role in her life. She serves as Vice President of the Board for Voces, a local non-profit organization that serves the Latino community in the Battle Creek and surrounding areas.

Rosario graduated with the 2019 ELLAS Cohort and currently serves on the Leadership Team.


Outside of work, Rosario spends her time with her two children and husband of 15 years. She enjoys family vacations to Hidalgo, Mexico where they own a home. One of her favorite things to do while in Mexico is eat authentic barbacoa and tacos de pastor!
