Perla Toliver was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico on October 11, 1987. Perla and her family migrated to the United States in August of 2000 and after twenty-two years Perla finally obtained her citizenship in June 2022.
Perla Toliver is a mother of 2 girls and 1 boy. Perla is a full-time student at UMASS University perusing a degree in general business. She’s currently working at PNC bank as a business banker and is part of the diversity and inclusion team. She is also the general manager for Blu perspective.
Perla is very passionate about her family and about helping others. She is very caring and empathetic to others needs. She likes to encourage other women as well as friends, family and her kids. She likes to help them achieve their goals and strive to see a better version of themselves.
