Iris Barraza is a North America Talent Acquisition Advisor for the Kellogg Company and enjoys leading and a working on global projects and being a part of ED&I initiatives. She prides herself in having an innovative mindset, leading with influence, collaborating and building relationships with others.
Iris is a first-generation Latina who graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan University. She
earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in General Business. She had the opportunity to study in Guanajuato, Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.
Iris is a proud recipient of the Kalamazoo Promise and was featured as a Conquer panelist in the EmpowerHER College signing day event. She is a Women in Manufacturing corporate professional and member of SHRM.
She currently resides in Kalamazoo, MI with her husband and four children and hopes to inspire others to follow their dreams and aspirations.
