Frances is a Black, queer, people loving, LEGO obsessed, Latinx person. Professionally, she is an experienced facilitator, community advocate, and educator with a background in K12 education.
Professionally, her time is dedicated to spreading the good word of Racial Healing and deepening relationships across communities to achieve racial justice.
Personally, she loves to refinish furniture, spend quality time with those she loves, and watch so much YouTube.
She was featured as an Emergent Leader by ONEplace, a nonprofit capacity-building organization in Kalamazoo.
Frances is the co-chair of the Kalamazoo County DEI Advisory Board and she volunteers her time on the KVCC Police Academy Advisory Board, Face Off Theater Company board, and OutFront Kalamazoo's board of trustees.
