Adriana Cardoso Reyes is the assistant director of Institutional Accreditation and Planning in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Western Michigan University (WMU). She holds a master's degree in social work from WMU, as well as a graduate certificate in higher education student affairs. She has extensive personal and professional experience working with the Latino migrant and seasonal farmworker community in Southwest Michigan, including roles with the WMU College Assistance Migrant Program, and the National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) with Telamon Corporation.
Adriana is currently a PhD student in the Higher Education Leadership program at Western Michigan University, She is passionate about increasing educational outcomes for Latina/Latinos and is interested in researching best practices at Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSIs). She is a volunteer peer reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission.
